The Bible teaches that God created seasons and they won't cease while the Earth remains. Every season is the opposite in the northern and the southern hemispheres. The southern hemisphere a gets hotter summer and a colder winter is because the Earth is closer to the sun in their summer and farther away from the sun in their winter. Atheists believe that will change in every 10,000 years because they believe that the Earth is billions of years old but the Bible teaches that's false and that the Earth is thousands of years old.
